service and understanding

<p>I need help please i have had problems with my health therefore been of work. wbich put in backwards with my repayments. I have made contact with the bank advising them of the situation and i and told them that on receipt of my first salary i will make payment over and above the required amount however they are saying i have a day to come up with all the arrears amount if not they will arrange collection in the following day plse help</p>
