Sends bullies to threaten clients in distress

I have lost my job end of Feb this year and have been struggling to make all the payments, I however managed to make a few even with zero income. MFC was kind enough to afford me a 3 month payment holiday, however came Thursday one of their female agents rocks up at my gate, threatening me and telling me that if i dont pay x amount on Friday she will come take the car. End of September will be 3 months so she literally jumped the gun by a month. She degraded me infront of my children and didn't want to discuss any other possibilities available to me. My friend was also dismissed end of Feb and MFC gave him a 6 month break, why can't i have the same. I've been a loyal MFC and Nedbank client for years and this is how they treat a person when life happens. Yes financially I am down currently however that can change any minute, are you only interested in a person when they are up???Please afford me the additional 3 months break as I would like to keep the car and change my current situation. What happened to empathy, sending a ice cold person to threaten you when you are down says a lot about your character.
