Send my NATIS documents please
I settled my account about 3 weeks ago and requested my NATIS documents. I keep getting different kind of requests including delivery address e.t.c. I called into the call centre to verify the address and I was promised that I would receive my documents within 48 hours. This is now 3 weeks later. Terribly disappointed.
