Selfish Company

I am disappointed by the service that I am receiving from this MFC, I am trying to cooperate with them, I do communicate with them that I am unable to keep my installment up to date because I am experiencing financial difficulties and I am ad they told me that I must communicate with them before the 10, but they assigned amateur consultant to attend to my issue where he's even failing to attend to the matter, I was expecting them to assign someone who is an senior and expert but unfortunately they sent a junior who just started to behave as like the company belong to his family business, I need expert who can help on my request not someone who is going to interrogate me as like I stole his father's money. I am being professional, I am communicating and making arrangements that I can only manage to continue with the installment on this kind of month. With the service I received, I rate this company ZERO!
