Actually they don't deserve even a 1 star, they deserve 0, adding insurance and debit funds without your permission even after you sent them proof of your existing insurance, just because they finance your car it makes them feel entitled and do as they please.... **** motor finance I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. I called them several times no one is assisting in canceling and refunding me now I have 2 insurances in my name because they don't want to, all documents required for an existing insurance were sent but still.
