Scratch & Dent Policy Is A BIG FAT **** and a HUGE Ripoff!!! DO NOT sign up....

Is there not an option for a ZERO star rating..... I had this policy for some time and when I recently requested to claim, the first agent sent me the documents to submit a claim however when I spoke to them the following week I were informed by another agent that I cannot claim as the policy expired a few days earlier. I subsequently requested to cancel this policy as I am not willing to pay for something which I cannot make use of and more so am I not willing to continue to pay for something which expired. This policy is therefore of no use to me!!! I wanted them to remove the debit order for this policy from my account. I have then been informed that I cannot cancel a Policy which expired and that I need to refer to my policy terms. I read through the policy which I received from the first agent when I initially wanted to claim and it CLEARLY states I can cancel at any stage. No where does it state I cannot cancel after the policy has lapsed. MFC even consulted with Innovation group which is the insurer and they even confirmed the fact that the agent which sold the policy to me did not inform me of this! They checked the recordings apparently which I am still waiting for!! Nevertheless MFC keeps on telling me that I need to refer to my policy and I keep on advising them that I want it cancelled and the monthly fee for this policy removed from my debit order. They cannot give me a clear answer why this is not possible however they are first in line to deduct my debit order each month. This is clear bullying and till date I am awaiting proper feedback in this regard. MFC keep on giving me the runaround. I even suggested that I am willing to continue to pay for this policy if they would approve my claim but this has fallen on deaf ears. MFC, you are taking my money without my approval and I would like to cancel this policy with immediate effect. I have not ever claimed and now you tell me I cannot claim going forward since this policy expired...this is a clear ripoff!!! DO NOT OPT FOR THIS POLICY. Your agents sells a pie in the sky and when it comes to delivering on your promise then all of a sudden there are fine print - which in fact are not defined in your policy. May I please request this policy to be removed from my debit order before the end of this month? It doesn't make sense paying for something which has clearly no benefit or value to me at the end of the day.
