SCRATCH AND DENT POLICY

I have a scratch and dent policy with MFC Nedbank, I've tried so many times to claim for a minor scratch on on my car bumper, I provided them with a quotation from the panel beater and they are failing to process my claim because according to them the quotation does not contain what they looking for. I've done two quotations from different companies and the quotation contains exactly the same. I also provided with the pictures of the scratch on my car, I also asked them to refer me to their panel beater as I was told when I first took the insurance but my claim has not been proceed after a month trying to get help from MFC. when I tried to send a complain my message was blocked as they said it contains unacceptable language. MFC insurance does not deliver what they promise their customers. Thank you.
