****med by Kia Alberton
On the 29 August 2020 we went to kia Alberton to apply for a car,we were helped by a guy named Duncan Boya, who showed us kia rio model 1.2 which he verbalized that it was on special which was R269000,he also verbalized that will get smash and grab windows for free he continued to add the car tracker even when we told him we can look for our tracker he said is compulsory for the vehicle to come out with their tracker because they have contract with the matrix car tracker which is included in the monthly installments for three years and also a windscreen liquid was included together with a scratch and dent cover.we are only allowed to change after three years which came out as R289000 from R269000, he said I can hand over my personal details which I did,he verbalized that he is going to give his manager miss Nisha who is good in negotiating with the banks.Mr Boya realised that I know nothing about cars as it was my first car and my partner was the one asking many questions,he called me to his manager's office and stopped my partner saying I'm the only one needed his manager told me that nedbank approved my application,I don't remember Nisha nor Duncan explaining the contract to me she only confirmed my place of work and day of payment.Mr Boya showed me page to initial and sign.when we asked them about the contract they said they will give us on Monday the 31 August when we come collect the car,Mr Boya said that we must make sure we come on the 31 August because after that date the car won't be on special anymore, we went back on the 31 August to collect the car still I don't remember neither of them explaining the contract and the balloon payment,we asked about the contract again they said they are having a badlock they will send it via my email, which they didn't,they only send it on the 5th of September because my partner was calling Mr Boya daily,to my surprise we only found out that the balloon payment is R90 000 which was our first time to hear about it,on the 12 September we went back to Kia Alberton as the walking clients to resolve the balloon payment issue and Nisha gave us the bad attitude she even said there is nothing she can do,because we already taken the car and if we like we can take them to the ombudsman, she also verbalized that I signed the documents out of excitement, which I feel like they took advantage of me which is why they excluded my partner at Nisha's office on the day of application. Please MFC intervene ASAP.I am now married to a car at a price of R401 000 which I cannot afford,I have a bond and kids to raise and never expected this debt on my name, not when I feel I was ******,my contact details are :*** my I'd no.is *** my full name is Mikateko Eunice Maheso
