**** Collectors

<p>On the 3rd of June this year i had a contact with a company called NDS Credit stating that i had an outstanding debt with MFC for my car of which i thought that the insurers settled for that. Nevertheless I spoke to Tshepiso Mostsoapang who sent me a debit order mandate contract for an amount of R500.00pm from an outstanding debt of R23 891.29 as per contract. I have been paying that amount each month on the 15th. On Monday because I want to settle my outstanding debts I requested settlements amounts. I was surprised to find out that MFC appointed 2 companies to collect money from me. I had an encounter with Beate Sampson from NRB Risk Solutions who told me that she is collecting money from me on behalf of MFC for the same car that NDS Credit is also receiving money for each month. She said to me that my outstanding debt was R22 796.66 because I want to settle I qualify for 20% off meaning I must pay R18 327.33. As a client I am really confused, I ready to settle this amount with NRB Solutions yesterday but payment was rejected from the account details that were supp**** by them... the next thing I get an email with another bank account number which was not on a letter head. This got me thinking really hard, I have paid NDS Credit a good R3000.00 from June and this amount does not reflect on NRB Risk solutions settlement letter (payment history). This is not good consumer act practice and MFC how can you appoint 2 companies to collect money from me? What is really going on? Are you trying to rob me or what? All I need is to settle my account once i'm done... trust me I will never again do business with you....sort this out before I take this further to the ombudsman.</p>
