Sales 100% service Claims -100%

I would like to lodge this complaint with you guys as I'm very unhappy with the fact I dialed your contact center today and was transferred from department to department over 11 times and when I got to the consultant... I was told they busy and would call me back in 5mins... 7 hours later...

It was a claim against my dent and scratch policy which I have take about a year and half ago.. You guys promised so much on the sales call and when claim stage... Hmm let's see just lie to the client and take his money

Listen guys its not fair what your employees are doing... I don't have the consultants names as all they did was verify me and trsf me...
