Salary date updated without consent.

I am still waiting for confirmation from MFC and Nedbank on who exactly gave them permission to change my salary date and deduct a payment before my salary was paid in. Then they expect me to get a confirmation letter from my employer to state my salary date? What makes this worse is Nedbank can see what date my salary are paid for the last 15 years! Shame on you MFC and Nedbank.
