Ruthless MFC

I have a massive issue with MFC who has literally been my finance house since I bought my very first car 20 years ago!! I asked them a while ago to please give me a payment break for 2 or 3 months just for me to get back on my feet as I have been dismissed from my previous job. They requested bank details and the dismissal letter and then they still email me and tell me sorry we not going to help??? When I checked my status now on the MFC app, my account is showing arrears but all my payments are up to date and the next one only due tomorrow 1st of Jan. Sort this out asap!! I think it is absolutely disgraceful for just declining my request KNOWING I DONT HAVE AN INCOME AT THE MOMENT. SIES MAN!
