Running Requests without the consent or knowledge of client.

So I called in on Saturday the 3rd February to speak to a consultant to get advice on my current car finance. From there the lady that assisted me started running requests on my behalf without my consent or knowledge, until I receive the email that I was referred to the collections department....Steer clear as they are doing stuff without the knowledge or consent of their clients. Does anyone know how I can report them to the Ombudsman??
