Run around

A few months ago I settled the outstanding balance on my car and requested that the papers be sent to the Clearwater branch. I have been to the branch several times since then and called MFC customer service a number of times but just cant seem to assist me with regards to getting the papers. I am really getting frustrated and I am not happy with the service
