Rudest person with lack of professionalism by the name of Joyce.

A person by the name of Joyce from the collection department is the rudest of all. Talks to me over the phone whilst chewing and converses as if though she owns the damn finance house. I HAD been called by the collection department in the first week regarding an overdue payment, and stated my issues. She then calls today demanding and saying things that are none of her concern like "maybe you should sell the car..." that was so rude of her whilst swallowing food on her mouth. At the end of the day I am a client, I am entitled to some sort of respect. I'd swear at her if this was not a public platform. I hope whoever that's in charge in training her can listen to the recording of that call.
