Rude employees

Yesterday I made a call inquiring on the nature of my account. While in communication with Kelebogile, our line was accidentally cut. On my attempts to call back, I requested to speak to Kelebogile since we were already making headway in our discussion, I did not want to start all over again. A gentleman by the Zane who took a call, was irked when I asked him to rather transfer me to Kelebogile, who was by the way impatient with me. I felt that Zane was playing games by putting on hold for so long to prove a point. I then tried to call back to speak to the supervisor but all calls I attempted were unceremoniously cut. I spoke to Banele, he cut the phone, I then Spoke to Themba same result. It is unfair to work with such people, especially given the state in which the economy is. They forget they are representing a brand of which I will never use again. Their rude behaviour is in contrast to their company values - integrity.
