Rude Consultant

What a very rude experience I had, to call a company that has no sense of humor to their clients. I called in this morning in the collections department around 08h15. I asked the consultant to speak Zulu with her, she has a Xhosa name and the rudeness she pulled when I ask why she doesn't speak Zulu, she went out of the roof! She started talking about am I her parent and leashed out of character. She then put me on hold for more than 20min, and call went off. Only to be assisted in Zulu! I really felt out of place! I need to make an arrangement, if it was a new sale was, I going to be treated like that still?
