rude call

MFC Sent some guy to call me to let me know that my car will be repossessed even after i made an arrangement with them. the guy was so rude even threatening me all this time i've been communicating with their call centre now i'm getting a guy calling me using a cell number. what happened to our arrangement. i paid my monthly instalment as promised surely that counts for something
