Rude and Unprofessional.

I have been a Client of MFC for years now as I financed both my vehicles through them. This morning a lady contacted me and I have never been spoken to in such a rude unprofessional manner by anybody via Telephone. She contacted me at 10h20, whereby I picked up the phone she was chatting or shouting to a fellow co worker I waited for her to finish then I said Hello, she rep**** and said can I speak to Melanie I said Yes Speaking What is this regarding- She then rep**** in a snotty way Can you let me speak??? I hung up the phone as I do not have time to entertain unprofessional and ********* consultants. She then contacted me back at 10h21 I picked up again She kept saying Hello Hello, whereby I said I don't want to speak to her as she is rude, she then rep**** Oh No you were Rude!!! I hung up again because she is wasting my time. I contacted that number and requested for another lady to assist me and inform me why they needed to speak to me which she did, She was the friendliest lady and so helpful, I did not catch her name. She gave me the name of the first consultant that contacted me Thandi Mavuso. It does not matter how bad your day is, or how "right" you think you are, a consultant phoning a client should never speak to any client in such a manner!!!! I can not believe MFC employs people like this, please reconsider her training in Telephone etiquette and in the manner she speaks to clients. I have been in contact on and off with MFC for the past 2 weeks and this is the first rude and unprofessional encounter. Thandi Mavuso needs to be disciplined.
