Rude and impatient MFC consultant!!!!!!!! Customer service is so disappointing!
I have been trying to change my payment due date with MFC and one consultant said they will get back to me because they will charge me for changing due date from the 15th to the 31st. I waited for call back and he never called.
Then today a very impatient and rude MFC consultant calls me and I tried to explain my discussion with the previous consultant and she really wasn’t interested in what I had to enquire she kept cutting me off until she hung up! If she didn’t hang up she didn’t bother calling me back!!!
Mfc your consultants are impatient, uninformed and straight up rude!!!
