Rude and condescending collections staff

I received a call today from MFC collections as admittedly I am in arrears on my car payments. After explaining the reasoning I am in arrears and without going into details, It has to do with the current pandemic affecting income. The consultant, in the most disrespectful way asks if I can still keep up payments on the car? This being the 1st payment missed 4 years into my agreement with them. Now I understand there are policies for arrears accounts that need to be paid, but this can be communicated in a respectful way. His whole demeanor on the call was dismissive and condescending and I will most definitely never do business with MFC again.
