Rude Agents. No Reply From MFC

MFC does not respond to Complaints and as a result their consultants are very rude, Ayway this to warm consumers never ever ever consider MFC or refer to anyone!!!

This morning I spoke to Tshilisanani Muleya who I believe is handling my account which is in arrear. I've been unemployed since May and have had financial difficulties and as a result my account was in arrears for 1 month, even though I was unemployed I have been making means to pay.

last month R5700 was taken off my account without my consent or arrangements the lady i spoke to "kept saying we can take money off your account as long as you owe us" and when i ask why because there was no agreement as the agreement was only made from Nov. she failed to explain all she kept saying was your account is in arrears.

she also could not explain the attempt for 7K and 4K in addition to the 5.7K all she said was we were gonna refund you.

this lady has no remorse, short tempered, she can't explain, and very rude she does not even listen or give client a chance to explain or talk or even ask questions.
