Rude agents and imposed legal fee

A lady called me 18.05 and she was very rude. As I told her she was taking soft and I couldn't hear her she just kept on talking and ignoring my frustration.

I later got an sms that I am owing R 390 my installment was paid and I don't understand what she was taking about. The service of consultants has become very poor and they treat people with no respect They also impose legal fees as when they please.
