RISKING THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS - SHOCKING!!!

I took possession of a VW car at VW Soweto (Orlando), prior to this I requested for the credit cover to be added onto the installment. This was confirmed, a few weeks ago I went through the contract again and asked the dealer for the credit cover citation which they failed to provide. I asked how they were going to resolve this seeing that they are the ones that messed up and left me with a situation I tried curbing prior to the collection? Longs story short they didn't have answers and could care less seeing that they got their commission and they are on to the next customer. I then asked them to get MFC/Nedbank to call me so I can get it sorted. They promised to do this and the call was closed, I was texted saying my query has been resolved, not sure how and why when I still do not have credit cover. I then tried calling and even texted Romeo Fredericks (MFC Marketer), he till this day has not reverted back to me. I am disgusted at the lack of service by VW Soweto and MGC/NEDBACK, IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY CAN TAKE CHANCES LIKE THIS. SHOCKING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. 1 STAR REVIEW ONLY BECAUSE YOU CAN'T PUT IT ON ZERO!
