Ridiculous explanation

<p>I bought a vw polo 2005 model forR103 000 in 2007 November, the installment was R2400 pm, the total debt was R169 000 I made an arrangement with MFC to deduct R3200pm, MFC did not deduct the agreed amount but MFC deducted R1067pm, I called them to rectify their error and MFC promised to rectify the mistake, instead of rectifying a mistake MFC reduced the installment down to R308 and now I am sitting with the debt of R297 000, I have the sent the letter stating that the installment should be R3200 pm. I am frustrated because this account has accumulated the unnecessary interest and it should be paid up by now. I can't advice any one to be financed by MFC due to the bad experience I had with them.</p>
