Hi,<br> I want to give a compliment to Richard from NedbankMFC Validations department. I had an issue with my licence when i app**** for a car, my licence expired and i had to renew it. I was told it was not clear and my application was in risk of not being approved because of that. I phoned the bank 19 times, i was transferred more than 15 times and I could not get any help. I was about to apply via a different finance institution because of level of unprofessional from other consultants from different divisions, I wanted to take my bond and other stuff to a different institution, Richard answered the call and was very calm and professional and made sure my issue was resolved. He called me back for a feedback. This guy deserves an acknowledgement.
