Retrenchment claim

I'm furious and disgusted by NEDBANK MFC INSURANCE. I've been sent from pillar to post just to get assistance from them regarding my retrenchment ment claim. I've sent all the documentations they requested and was told that they will in contact with me but none of that is happening. When I call I've told that emails are too many and they haven't opened it. Funny enough when I was paying I never delayed any payments or it was pending somewhere. I just want them to process the claim and make sure that they process the claim. I CAN'T BE SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST.. IT'S DISGUSTING AND TIME CONSUMING.
