Retrenchment Claim

My wife she is facing a serious problem to MFC, she never sleep a pay since she started to insure with this group but now all required has been send and auto email has confirm that, instead of approval now the group they telling her that mail box is full and she must keep checking in order of the process to be progressing.She is retrenchment and date of installment is around the coner MFC they are note even considering.
