Retrenched they say I have no credit life insurance and giving me ultimatums

I have been retrenched. I have been through many departments to try and get my credit life insurance information to see if I qualify for a claim in case of retrenchment. All avenues in vain. Now I am being harassed to give two quotes on my vehicle by tomorow the 3rd of February which is impossible. I have been trying to assist but I feel like I am being harassed at this point. I told them I know nothing about this process and it is easy to take advantage of me. And I think they are taking it as an opportunity to take advantage.
