Retrenched don't even think of asking for help!!!!

I was retrenched and could not find a job for 18 months we were forced to go onto debt review to enable us to have our creditors paid. In October my husband got retrenched after being with the co for 7 years. As we couldn't afford our debt coucil money as I only earn R6000 per month we took the retrenchment docs etc to nedbank needles to say not too helpful, fill this in and mail. Nedbank had contacted us saying we are in arrears (the money/interest from the debt agents had been written back. We made payments of over the R30 000 our pension money. However the problem has still not been resolved. They are still wanting R5000 pm or the famous words we are instructed to repo the vehicle. What is all the advertising about they are there to help or help to take your vehicle back after we have been paying it off for the past nearly 3 years. Is no insurance on this if you have been retrenched. Do these people how harass you know what it is to be retrenched?. This is a plea for someone with a bit of a heart to try and help us. We are not running away, we know we owe you but surely ther is some type of relief when being retrenched!<br>
