Restructure Amendment - Debit - Ignorance and disgraceful conduct by MFC

I have recently noticed an amount that has been debited to my vehcile account claiming to be "Restructure Amendment - Debit". I have queried this several times in writing and no one responds at MFC. The amount is over R70 000 and compounded interest on this amount is also being raised. My vehicle should be paid off as it is over 6 years but the balance is still over R100 000.

Compounded interest is ******* and any changes should have been communicated to me which it has never been done. I am now emailing constantly a certain Kolapen, J. (Jakes) <***> who just blatantly ignores my emails.

MFC need to immediately contact me and sort this out, failing which I will need to report this account to the National Credit Regulator and take legal action.
