Requested Letter

I've been trying to call *** and there's no answer, Last week I spoke with Thulani Ndaba who promised to email me the prescribed letter or any form of documentation stating that the debt is written off till Today nothing came through. I did a follow up on Thursday spoke to some lady and she told me that she will forward the matter to Thulani Ndaba. MFC is a big company and getting empty promises is very disappointing.
