Request for review in mothly premiums

Can i say how i am dissapointed in how i am treat as a loyal customer that have been paying premiums for morethan 24 months with no break in betwee. I have sent an email requesting to review in my premiums because i feel the interest provided on my car finance of 11.66% is not fair. even after the repo rate decrease my installment only decreased with R40. How is it my colleagues can be reviewed and given decrease in installment and i get a mere sorry cannot review your request. Responses are so cold and as if i am not a customer. The car value depreciate, and cost of living are getting high by the day. Didn't even get an increase at work and i am just thrown away like garbage by a company you thought will take you serious as a loyal customer. I must say i had so much faith in MFC but their agents answer so cold and do not car about the requests you sent as long as you pay you premiums.
