REPOSSESSED VEHICLE

My partner has gone under debt review. MFC accepted the propsal on the debt review plan. On the 13 March 2017 a letter dated 09 March 2017 from MFC was emailed to my partner.

I forwarded this notice of withdrawl from debt re-arrangement order onto the debt counsellor who advise that the vehicle was under debt review. All this was done on the 13 March 2017.

Three days (3) later MFC appears at my partners work address and repossess the vehicle without notification whatsoever. A copy of the notice of withdrawl from debt re-arrangement order is given to my partner and is taken.

No registered letter sent of intentions to repossess, debt counsellors are not informed and my partner is not informed.

Upon contacting the contact person on the notice of withdrawl today, no information could be given on the where abouts of the vehicle and store its been hold at. As per out telephone conversation all information would be found out and i will be informed as soo as they have the information.

A whole morning has passed and no one has contatced me or my partner to let us know about the where abouts, payments ect. I want answers!
