Repossed yet payments are up to date - still no comms

After holding my end of a deal, regarding a payment arrangement. My car was repossessed on Friday 18/10/2024. After an extremely traumatic and embarrassing experience of having the collection company take my car I sent an email to Nedbank complaints. I did receive a call on Friday afternoon assuring me that they are looking into my matter. I followed up yesterday and again this morning. I am now inconvenienced having to sort out transport for the kids schooling and work. Please could I get assistance URGENTLY regarding my matter.
