Repo while making payments and without communication and NO ONE to answer the phone.

Today I a whatsapp from someone claiming to have the authority to repossess my car with authority given by MFC. After phoning and emailing MFC numerous times, I have still not been able to speak to the person 'handling' my account - Sindile - and no one seems to have any answers for me. I have had no communication wrt repo or even any statements. Even though payments have been made. Absolutely disgraceful 'service.'
