Repayments made are not precisely subtracted to the capital amount

I've been with MFC for 2 years after I had an accident and my vehicle was written off on 1 Dec 2017. My insurance paid off the market value of my car towards the end of Dec 2017. However I was left with a shortfall of about R233k. I claimed the shortfall with my other insurance, but however the calculations that MFC sent to my insurance does not make sense. The statement I received shows me paying off the repayments but the amount I'm paying is not the exact amount they are subtracting from the capital amount. For example, I would pay R19k but they only subtract R4500 from the capital amount. I pay R9k they subtract about R4100. The money they subtract from the capital amount is always between R4k and R5k, irrespective of what I paid. So far ive paid MFC R546 237 (including my insurance claim) according to their statements. But the shortfall amount is still very high.

Now my shortfall insurance sees this as if I am in arrears and they do not wanna pay my arrears also. But according to me I am not in arrears, otherwise MFC would have alerted me on that. I'm thinking they repayment calculator of MFC is flawed.

My shortfall insurance has been emailing and contacting MFC to get the correct documents. MFC takes weeks to respond and when they respond they still send them the same documents. While on my side my monthly instalment on my written-off car is still being deducted. My shortfall insurance wants to complete this claim but MFC is not corresponding. I've tried to call them a couple of times the phone just rings and no one answers.

I am tired of waiting and would like this to be resolved ASAP.
