Repayments

I have phoned MFC to change my debit order date and my debit order amount on the 31.01.18 I received my statement this month no debit order amount went off my account because they changed it to 28.03.18 only. MFC charged me R 1557.60 to restructure my account but nothing of these charges was told to me by any person of MFC. They do get there money now three days before why these charges and why was I not informed about it. Please can I have a answer from MFc
