removes debicheck get told payments are in arears and no on responds or answers calls

I do not know what is going on at MFC at this point they have contacted me multiple time about approving their new debicheck on my bank and I did in fact approve it. Today I wake up to a sms saying the debicheck has been removed and my car payment is in arears whne trying to call them I either get no one is currently available to take your call or I sit for 40 minutes (I timed it) being told all consultants is busy please hold and never get any answer. I have emailed them and so far have not even received a acknowledgement email. I am starting to wonder if MFC is even still open.
