Relentless and Greedy

I financed my vehicle with MFC a few weeks ago. Since I started my finance, their telemarketing department started calling me on a weekly basis. Each time they phone me, they try to sell me additional services. And each and every time, I tell them that I am not interested. But they refuse to take no for an answer. They keep calling me until I have no choice to block them.

This kept going on for weeks.. until I received a call last week. They told me that they have been struggling to get hold of me and that this call is important regarding my current finance. So I decided to take the call and listen to what they have to say.

They continued to tell me that I must take this call to confirm my details because I have not spoken to them directly before. Throughout the call, we confirmed my finance details. And nothing more.

This morning I received an email saying that my contract has been adjusted with an additional service.

I never agreed to any additional services.

MFC is relentless and greedy and will try to milk every cent from their customers. They will keep harassing you and even trick until they take all your money.

Just know, that if you do finance your vehicle through them. You will get harassed and ******* until they get every last cent out of you.
