Registration papers & settlement of account

My husband died February 2014. MFC was informed by my lawyer about the death and we were under impression that the credit life insurance will settle outstanding amount of vehicle. In September 2014 Ive been contacted by a Mr Jacobs to reppossess the vehicle. The lawyer dealing with the estate contacted Mr Jacobs and he inform us that we need to settle the outstanding amount plus tracing fees. A letter has been send to Tennesse Malinga to find out about the credit life insurance and to inform that we won't be held responsible for any other costs. <br> Various correspondence has been send to request for the settlement amount but no response. Apparently file has been transferred to Norma @ *** where the phone always give an engaged tone. <br> When I request the original car registration papers for another vehicle which has been settled in 2012, I've been informed that I need to speak to Kagiso where the phone just ring and no answer.<br> Currently Im having 2 vehicles which I can't get rid of or register on my name, because no one at MFC can assist me.
