Refuse to send my cars papers after vehicle is paid up to date

Good luck trying to get your cars papers after paying vehicle up to date.

They want you to use their ****py service to do change of ownership on your behalf at the cost so they do anything not to send you your car papers. After having to send them an authorization for delivery of papers, they claim the signature is not on file.

I then sent them numerous other documents they accepted with my signature, but now they want me to call them to verify myself.

Ive been verified up untill now, when they have to send my car papers. Absolutely useless.
