Refuse to accept my Signature after accepting it numerous other ocassions

Good luck trying to get any type of support from MFC. Emailed ***. They requested i sign a authorization document for collection of the car. I signed and they released the car. Then had to sign another document to authorize delivery of cars papers.

After the exact same signature they accepted to release the car, they now cliam they dont have this signature on file. Instead they try to up sell change of ownership service while refusing to assist.

As im currently based outside of the USA, i cant make calls. So stuck
