Refusal to provide information

My dad passed on last year September in a car accident and his car is financed by MFC. I was in contact with Thulani Nkosi and I clearly stated that we have no intentions to keep the car. He sent a valuator to value my dad's damaged car in October last year and he said he will provide feedback. Since then he was quite. Last week I contacted him and requested feedback on the car which he provided. I then requested the vehicle finance agreement which my dad signed since he stated that he didn't take the insurance to settle his car in the case of his passing. He promised to forward me the agreement and also stated that I must send him the letter of authority. Today to my surprise he send me an annexure to the contract. I then request a full contract via email. He then calls me on my cell of which I explained to him how frustrated I am because he is stalling the process. He said to me shouting & screaming that \he is under no obligation to give me any information"this after we exchanged a few words and when I requested his manager's contact details which he refused to provide. I find this absolutely unacceptable"
