Refunds

My car which was financed by MFC was written off toward the end of July 2017. The insurance paid a portion toward the settlement. The outstanding balance was to be paid by my shortfall cover. MFC went on to deduct my account for two months. I followed up on this and was advised that there would be monies that would be refunded to me. I was told that this is a process which would take 21 days. It's going to 3 months now.

I have called, sent emails to Fana Manana, who is selective to what he responds to. I have dealt with social media teams who have not been very helpful. Toward the end of September, I spoke to a lady at MFC, who said that the issue would be dealt with, I have been waiting for 3 weeks!! I am beyond frustrated!
