REFUND REQUEST AFTER DEBITING MY ACCOUNT AFTER I HAVE PAID

Nedbank has deducted my account while i have paid via EFT. The reason why i pay on my own accord it's because Nedbank doesn't deduct on time. Please assist with a refund that i submitted on Sat, 26th July 2025- Documents were submitted via email which is the same email you do not recognize because you don't update your records. I have reported this on the same day of the debit order transaction. Kindly treat this as a matter of urgency
