Refund refusal

The biggest ********s ever

So I have an account with nfc but ended up paying mfc after nfc repossessed my car my bank investigated and noticed I have been paying mfc wich I have no account with

Called the call centre did everything they asked me to do submitted all proof of payment on the 27th of December 2024 and was told it would take 7 days to get the refund back

Afte 10 working days I went to mfc offices in rivonia and met AYANDA HADEBE who said se will escalate the matter and it will take 2 days

It's now 22 days when I go to the office they refuse to see me they don't reply on my emails they useless

I demanded to see a director or higher management was told they in back to back meetings

Worst company ever
