Refund on my Ad cover

I bought a Chev Aveo 2005 model through MFC and i voluntarily chose to have an ad cover with Regent when i bought the car but then i had arrears last year and the policy lapsed, Regent sent me a letter informing me about the lapsed policy i then informed MFC about that and asked them try and have it re instated but they they said i must deal directly with regent but i decided to let it go but MFC kept on deducting money form my account for the lapsed ad cover since November last year up to last Month when i found out and i requested a refund they asked for it from Regent and it was paid to them now they don't want to pay me back and the above mentioned lady is ignoring my e mails. I called their call center to my surprise a consultant told me that the money won't be paid to my account instead it will be used to adjust my installment, that was not in my contract with them and choosing an ad cover was my choice not theirs so they can not decide what to do with what is due to me i want my money deposited on my account because Regent refunded the money back to them on the 26th of last month according to the e mail they sent to me, this is bad service at its best.
