Refund not received after a month

MFC has *****ed us of our money. The refund was suppose to happen in 10 days, a month later I am now told 7 more days because POP was unknown but the bank statement had all the details. Also MFC sat with money they knew was not their and kept quiet, that's dishonesty. Go to other banks and not MFC because they are dishonest!
