Refund not paid over a month ago

I have been sending emails upon emails waiting for my refund on a vehicle account that was paid up. I sent banking details more than a month I am waiting for a nearly R700 to be paid back to me. Guys why don't you want to pay the money back as a refund to the account I provided you with. The service has been horrible
